We will be going to Europe in less than one week. I cannot believe it! I thought it would be fun to blog about our trip so that others can enjoy it as well. For anyone who's done Southwest Splendors and flown home to the East Coast: We're trying to figure out our flights and it's driving us crazy! ABD says don't go to the GJT airport before 11 am. We can only find one flight that leaves after 11, and it's cutting it close (noon). Did anyone stay an extra day at the last resort? Or for those of you who drove to Denver, was it worth it? Did ...

Has anyone done one of these? I am wondering how it compares to ABD.

Would you recommend ABD trips for couples without children? We are both teachers so the adults only trip times are no good for us.

Just booked this tour and as I understand it, there were three spots open as of today. Before reservations are made for flights, I am trying to figure out how many days afterwards I want to stay out in the CA area. Starting this thread w/the dates in the title just in case someone is searching for it under the dates

We are scheduled to fly out of FL on Tuesday, 9/9 and that is when Ike is supposed to become a problem for Florida! Luckily we are further north and west of Miami but I still am starting to get antsy. DH won't change our plans to fly out Monday so we'll just take what the fates deal us and hope it's a lucky hand! Did anyone receive their backpacks and information that is supposed to arrive 45 days out yet for the Oct. 4th Peru trip? I still have not seen anything and I am finding it difficult not to get anxious. It is one month + a day away .

Hi all! We're closing in on our Viva Italia Vacation. We were wondering about the Double Decker Hop On and Off Bus Tour of Rome. We will have some time to kill between the airport and check in. We are in the process of finalizing our pre and post trip days for our May 2009 trip to London and Paris and we were wondering if anyone knows exactly what is included in the add-on package available through ABD. Is it just a room and does that room include admission to the park and what about the hotel fast past things -- has anyone used them or found them useful? And if you get the add-on ...

Hi, so I'll be booking Backstage Magic tour for Oct or Nov 2009 . I'm going to be paying supplement and going solo. No one wants to spend the money to go with me but I feel it's worth it to pay extra. My question is has anyone gone solo on this tour before and what was there experience?
