Is it true that Sugar Ray Leonard had to forfeit a match in the 1976

Soldier Bartfield
Here's a tough one. According to Soldier Bartfield himself, he was born in Lanczyn, AUSTRIA. According to the limited sources I've found, Lanczyn was part of the Ukraine around 1945, part of Poland before that(until the Nazis all but annihilated the place).
Boxrec has it as part of "Budapest".
Does anyone know if ...
