The N173 arrived the day I had left the country for 2 weeks and, of course, gave me 2 weeks to reply to it (pay the fee). I arrived home to find the N173 and an N24 (General Form of Judgment or ...

The court gave them 14 further days to submit their AQ with a cheque for ?200 - or they would refer their case to the DJ with a view to striking out!!! Is this...

Ok...don't be scared...will flag your message for you to see if site team can respond. As they have served papers then you can use CPR ( I get confused between CPR18 and CPR31 so won't go any further on this!) to get all the information you need. Do you have any paperwork you post on here such as your POC and default notice? Make sure you remove any personal information.
