I have some updates for this case. I will post them over a couple of messages.
Back in May 2009 I received a Notice to Pay Fee ( N173) as I had somehow overlooked sending it in when I filed my AQ.
The N173 arrived the day I had left the country for 2 weeks and, of course, gave me 2 weeks to reply to it (pay the fee).
I arrived home to find the N173 and an N24 (General Form of Judgment or ...

Hi chippo,
When did you receive it and how long have you got?
Have you gone online and completed the acknowledgement of service? If not then get that done. I assume you'll be defending 'All'.
Will try and pop on this evening and give you a hand.

OK, things are moving on! Submitted my AQ to the court on Monday and sent a copy to the solicitors. Got a 'copy' letter from the court today informing the solicitors that their AQ had not been submitted within the prescribed time!
The court gave them 14 further days to submit their AQ with a cheque for ?200 - or they would refer their case to the DJ with a view to striking out!!! Is this...

I reccommend going into your local branch and dealing with a "Face" who will hopefully take ownership of your case as opposed to some threat monkey who just sees you as a source of commission.

Ok...don't be scared...will flag your message for you to see if site team can respond.
As they have served papers then you can use CPR ( I get confused between CPR18 and CPR31 so won't go any further on this!) to get all the information you need.
Do you have any paperwork you post on here such as your POC and default notice? Make sure you remove any personal information.
