Hi acquiesce, How long have you been employed by the Company?. Have you been disciplined or warned about this type of action before? Were you correctly trained? To be frank if you do not attend a hearing, you run the risk of being found guilty by default---you may say that the investigations have already found you gulity but the company sound as if they are following standard procedure----it does not neccessarily mean you will be dismissed ....

Hi kgrant. I can't comment on this myself and don't know the answer, but if you don't get any replies to this thread, you might try re-wording your title to state what your query is to do with. Good luck.

Now now chaps! Different strokes for different folks and all that. I've met the liability managing toadies and the fair professionals. I'm taking Beau as the latter. That said, with the best will in the world Beau, you can't always avoid the ET. There are always "employees" who want thier "day in court", regardless of how fair you are. I've won three of those!

Contact www.unlock.org.uk for advice. They are a charity set up to help ex offenders and are currently apealing to change the law regarding the Rehabilitation of Offenders in this country. I'm afraid, in the UK, there is no such thing as rehabilitation....in many cases a conviction stays with you to the grave. This should not be the case - people should be given a second chance and the hope ...

Before anyone can receive a medical report from any doctor they need to complete a consent form which complies with the Access to Medical Records Act 1988. This gives you options to either decline, accept, accept providing you can see the report prior to being sent by your doctor - however the onus is on you to contact your doctor & tell them you want to see the report & you only have ...

Hi Tef Can I Just clarify a few things first- When did this change occur? You say July '08 at the start of your post, but go on to say '5 months later'. Was it July '09? When you were made redundant , was your employment formally terminated and you were then re-employed on the new terms? Or did your working hours simply change from full-time to part-time? Did you have a written ...

Do you not have someone acting on your behalf? The information RM is requesting, from what I can gather, forms part of your schedule of loss, what you are earning now,if you've managed to find employment elsewhere, will be offset from any payment the tribunal awards if you win your case. I don't think you are obliged to provide your efforts to find alternative employment,JCP need that info for you ...

Hi Did the CMO stipulate an exchange of documents (the bundle) on a particular date? If so it would appear to me that they have breached the CMO I would consider the following. She has worked as a secretary for 7 years, always doing the same jobs, she has never received a contract and now a new manager has come in and started to shake things up a bit. Another secretary left about a year ago who didn't get replaced and another one who only worked there for about eight months has gone on ...
