Does the APR change when you go to the 6 year loan? Are there any prepayment penalties? Are any extra payments applied directly to the principal on the day it is received? Assuming the interest rate stays the same, there are no prepayment penalties, and any extra payment is directly applied to principal, you should be able to make the same payment as a 4 year loan on a 6 year loan and get it paid off in 4 years--the advantage of having the...

I would take the problem to a trusted mechanic, not a dealer. I have bought two new cars in the last 9 years, a Ford and a Toyota. Both cars have/are working out well, but the bull I got or am getting from each dealer is the same: pure bull.

The majority of lease and rental car returns are sold to dealers at dealer-only auctions. It's rare for an individual to be selling a late-model low mileage used car themselves, and the rental and leasing companies usually don't do it themselves these days. Too much overhead for sales staff and inventory compared to wholesaling it asap. A vehicle history report such as you'd get from CarFax might give you a clue, but it's...

Google the vehicle ID and you will most likely find it listed across the nation on Craigslist. Craigslist is loaded with these things on boats as well. They usually list the vehicle ID and want to go through Ebay. You will never be able to see the vehicle as they do not own it, Change We Have Stepped In !!

Don't know Utah law. First when someone from finance company contacts her for payment she should ask to go over the loan doc and state she only makes 1600 a month. I assume you went to the DMV to put lein on title. That may help. When dealer is unable to get financing they will try and get her to sign new contract you need to be with her to say no and you want ...

I would not add any aftermarket remote start for exactly the reason you mention. The electronics on modern cars are very complex. Add something like this then the car doesn't start due to a malfunction with the remote starter it can get complicated. A mechanic is going to tell you to take it to the guy that installed it possibly.

Don't you think it is important to read the paperwork you signed? Did the insurance company write you a check and leave open the possibility of additional claims? Unlikely. However, no one here knows what you signed and you didn't tell us.

first of all did you accept the amount from the insurance company? You should have gone with an amount that the market place would have sold you the same car. You should have used autotrader to find the exact car or close to it and told them this is what the car is worth. Now as far as the car loan what was the original value of the loan and what interest rate ...
