Who will win the NFC?

Probably the Giants. Carolina seems a bit shakey right now. They are winning, but Jake Delhomme has been pretty bad the past few games. Bucs are in the talk, solid team, maybe a step below the Giants. Cards can pass the ball at will, but weak running game. Defense can make huge plays, but give them up as well. If defense and running game got above average, they would be very dangerous. Redskins seemed to have simmered down. Cowboys are...

Unlike MLB, NFL players go into the HOF with no team designation, so that probably won't really be an issue. As far as Leinart, he'll probably get to attend a lot more beer bong parties.

You never liked Warner.. I think he's to much of a Boy Scout for your liking Quote: Originally Posted by AvengerRam If all the games started by Marc Bulger in the last few years were instead started by Kurt Warner he'd be retired by now with post-concussion syndrome. I'd be surprised if the Giants don't win it again. Baltimore was considered to be a pretty decent team, especially on defense, and they just got it handed to them.

This question has come up a lot with Kurt's MVP performance this year in Arizona. Certainly, Kurt's path to a potential HOF induction has differed from the typical path but, looking at it objectively, how does he rate? Here are a few interesting stats I came up with: Kurt has a higher career passer rating than many HOF QBs, including (just as examples) Dan Fouts, Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman...

Hard for me to be objective here, but at this point, it's got to be Warner. I really believe that if the vote happened today, the writers who decide would go with Warner too, especially considering all he's been through. I know perseverance isn't a criteria, but I'm sure it would enter into the equation if things were close. Still a long way to go, but if Warner keeps it up, the Cardinals make ...

I would lean towards the Giants for obvious reasons but you never know. It seems to be the team that catches fire with 3 to 4 games left in the regular season.

From Adam Schefter: Quote: When quarterback Matt Cassel hits the free-agent market this winter, it is not hard to guess what his asking price will be. It will be similar to the six-year, $65 million contract that Green Bay recently awarded its quarterback, Aaron Rodgers. For starters, Cassel and Rodgers have the same agent, David Dunn. They also have ...

Anybody else in here that is as disgusted this year with the officiating as I am? Clearly there have been a tremendous amount of terrible calls this year, like no other year I've seen.
