Check the code with a code reader, probably the cat efficiency code, since the catback portion flows
freer the exhaust gases spend less time in the initial cats and since you have a 2006 car you have the earlier ECU tuning that is less tolerant of these changes. My recommendation would be either to get the updated standard Cayman flash that is more tolerant from 2007 on or get an aftermarket ...

Welcome to the club...!
That's a smoking deal on a
DME flash, especially considering it comes with a cable and can be flashed at home. Question for you; can that cable support the Durametrics diagnostic software, and if so, how much does it cost to add the Durametrics?

I'd put money in honing your driving skill. A skilled driver in a stock car will out drive an inexperience driver with a
modified car (HP, suspension, etc.).

Did you install the plenum too or just the flash?

I don't personally have any experience with Tubi but you can try to fix the alignment issue by loosening all the Tubi exhaust bolts, make the necessary adjustments and then tightening the bolts back up.
As far as problems
arising from the misalignment, I haven't heard of anything.

Did it lose the programming pairing to the box? That would be the only thing I could think of, in which case I have an article about how to pair the
keyfob with the control box (and more than one keyfob if need be). If you changed the battery and it still doesn't work, but yet it works when driving then I would suspect the remote isn't paired anymore for some reason.
