You could get an upgrade kit from skiing ninja to make it an xls "encore". Danny has said that is a very nice tweeter. May want to look at the network for upgrades too. Your 12b isn't designed for infinite baffle applications. You would be better off putting it in a sealed box. Would love to see your N3's. How are you finishing them? -Tony

Took a friend to Danny's place today for a little listening to the Super V. This is my second visit with this speaker...................absolutely fantastic. And yes my friend was blown away with the sound as well.

We moved recently so I don't have my big HT room. I used to just have my amp sitting on the ground in the rack closet. Well that isn't going to work in the living room so either I make the cutout on one of the subs for the amp or another option is to build a box in similiar size and put the amp on top of the sub. Which option would you go with? If I need to do the cutout what type of tool would ...

the N3s is a sealed version of the N3 is it not? If so, can anyone give a description of the sound differences? Bass response? Thanks! Jeff

Yeah I've played with cables, doesn't sounnd good at all. The drivers have to move, and the baffle has to NOT move

From least expensive to most expensive: Venuette (V2) V1 Super V Quite a bit of difference between V2 and V1 Not so much between V1 and Super V 2 or 3 threads explain most of it, including driver model numbers. Gary
