The EAI box and the valves you have listed are fine. I would double up on the compressor and go with two 3 gallon tanks.

Nate, Well shoot, I just ordered the Del-sphere joints today. But they don't come with the spacers, or the bushings. I was just going to machine them, if you can get me a set it will save me some time. What do you charge for a set? PM will do if you don't want to talk prices over the air. Thanks Mike

Are you converting to disc brakes at the same time? C20 lower control arms are different than C10 lowers. The balljoint hole in the C20 lower control arm is larger. (Upper and lower balljoints are also different)

Never done it myself,... but have seen the end results. To me,... these truck frontends are too wide for these AD trucks. Alot of people are using complete S10 frames (standard cab longbed frames) for a cheap conversion. A Mustang II based crossmember is another choice.

It sounds like a lot of effort for a 1/2". It would require a quality welder to ensure that the axle housing doesn't loose it's integrity. I'm not saying it can't be done, or won't work, but it would be my last choice. Better put on your fire retardant undies. I get a feeling your going to get blasted for this one.

You'll need all of the fittings for the air lines, but you may be able to get those locally. Also, not sure how your planning on mounting the rear setup, but that's not on the list. A watertrap wouldn't hurt, I never run one, but next setup I most likely will. Also a pressure switch will be needed, and of course a tank. I know i'm probably missing somethings, but that should get a start.
