For about 5 days to a week before my period I have serious serious pains. I have fainted and I can't walk properly. It does suck. The worst part is that you can't sleep though! Because the pain is too bad. I'd say go to your gp and they can advise you what medicane to take ect. A hot water bottle and a paracetamol can sort out a lot of things though. When you are trying to get to sleep breathing deeply helps too. But you probs...

I'm sorry to keep posting etc but my head is all over the place and yeah, same old, big mess and don't know what to do. My mum has decided to take an interest in my life and came across my doctors note in my school bag. Fml. Totally should have handed it over to my tutor/binned in. So she now thinks I am insane and she is going to ring the school tomorrow and she went off on one saying she is sick of me being at home looking so...

Hi there! Sounds like you've had some bad experiences flower and maybe it would be helpful for you to try and initiate that review about your medication if its not working for you? Worrying about coming off medication happens for a lot of people - check with your GP about when to do it and remember to take it really slowly - our bodies don't like fast change any more than we do. And try to up the levels of other sorts of support...

What was the cream and tablets they gave you? It may be a side effect of one of those which may well be easily treatable. Best bet would be to talk to whoever prescribed it.

Hi jigglywotsit
I don't know what you've been through to make you feel this way but its certainly not stupid. You're doing really well coping at the moment, it can be really helpful to talk things through withe somebody, if you don't feel able to because of your family maybe you could try the samaritans its completely confidential.
Please keep posting and stay strong

Hey momofairy,
Welcome to TheSite - you've come to the right place for support.
I've moved your post to make it's own topic as it's usually the best option rather than tagging a post to the end of someone else's thread - more people can see it to reply.
Making the decision to want to stop is a massive and brave one, so well done for that. You might find TheSite.org's article on...

Fluoride-containing compounds are so diverse that it is not possible to
generalise on their toxicity. Fluoride is added to our drinking water
without any ill-effects and so I would imagine that the fluoride in your
treatment is fine.

I've never had any experiance with refferals.
But you say that you say your fine when you see your mental health worker, maybe you should say your finding things tough, even if at that particular time you feel fine and just explain everything?

Go see a doctor that specializes in allergies and have it checked. I've never heard of that but it's possible to have an adverse reaction to food. Are you sure it's onions and not something else? Food with tryptophan in it like turkey can make you tired.

Hey
Everything in my life has changed. I used to be 'normal', I used to do normal things, but everything changed that night. It was my fault that it happened. I get so angry all the time, I dont know to cope with it anymore.
I went to my gp because I cant sleep, I have really bad nightmares, that make me so scared. I broke down telling him everything, and he referred me to a crisis team, ...

Hi Issie
I read what you wrote and I really feel for you. Sometimes when I'm really stressed I throw up myself. Maybe speak to the doctor about this, because it is important you are getting the right nutrition in your body to have the energy to start to deal with everything else.
You could also mention your dreams to your doctor. Dreams are a really difficult thing to deal with, and I know ...

in the drug/alcohol rehab setting where I volunteer at sometimes, they always say, 'relapse brings you one step closer to recovery.'
don't feel bad that the behavior got the better of you, happens to the most of us. what's important is 1) you don't give up trying to kick the habit, and 2) find a different way to cope. I know, it's easier said than done. might i ask what other coping ...
