My friend is having a few couples over for some wine and cheese. I offered to bring something and she said to bring a an appetizer, a cheese that is not cheddar. I could google a recipe but I want something tried since it is tonight. Anyone have any ideas or recipes? Thanks!

I was so excited about our dinner tonight and it isn't turning out at all! And I don't know why. We were making bbq bacon cheeseburgers and the cheeseburgers just keep falling apart. I put the same stuff in them I've done a million times (an egg and some bbq sauce) and they just can't keep their shape. Boo. I was going to put bacon, white and yellow cheddar on them. I'm using it in a soup, and I've never used kale before. Do I use the whole thing, just the leaves, or down to a certain point on the leaf? TIA
