The first thing that stands out to me in your post is that you have talked about weddings with your bf - have you discussed marriage? Because that is more important.
As far as your friend goes just call her up and ask her what's going on - try to get her out for a
cup of coffee or lunch or something and try to discuss what's going on in her life that has made her back away from you....
