I know a guy in NB who does alignments for $35. I've been going to him for years and he's always treated me well. lmk if you want his info.

I bought 94-99 ball joints but had washers in there before. The only purpose is to space the castle nut up so the cotter pin does it's Job

It sounds like the could be worried about liability issues. A lot of shops that don't know what parts interchange and how, will not want to touch a car that has parts that are not original. Also it sounds like they found something that is loose and or thought the car looked rigged. If the swap is done correctly you should not need any washers.

If I recall it is a plastic switch that clips in to a small bracket on the pedal assy. Alot like a brake light switch

aren't you paying them to get the allignment into factory specs??? or are they just talking about the suspension parts/mods? just take it somewhere else. is the alignment that off that you wouldn't be able to drive it?

The sensors are mounted on a band, you can buy new bands from ford according to rim size.

Thay should fit w/o issue. Look into the nitto nt05 or nt555. Wife has 555 on her vert and Im going to the 05 on the rear of the FACH. Also BFG KDW's are a nice all around tire.
