left the cold northwest for a few days in San Diego to visit the girlfriend's family....we got a couple morning sessions while there...first time I'd ever surfed in SoCal...man, I could get used to wearing a 3/2 suit with no booties, gloves, or hood in the middle of winter...wasn't exactly like surfing in Mexico but it was darn nice. ..and now I'm back in the NW, 5/4 suit and all the other...

The quarters, semis, and final at Sunset may go bigger than earlier in the contest (that was the biggest ever for the event). The winner of that comp will definitely earn the victory. Sunny is still in the hunt. So is Pancho.

UC Santa Barbara. Right on the beach, 6 hours from Mammoth, which you can get to often if you network and plan right.

Yeah, I have the 5'10". It's a little on the small side for my petite frame(240#). It's also a better board than I am surfer. Don't know where you're located, but you are welcome to try it out in the bay area, or buy mine. I'll hook it up!!!
