Anyway, I was always a purist and the beef had to have just enough fat and they had to be rare or
medium rare w/75 to 80% fat for flavor >TAj You are always spot on with the food. I've seen them, but never tried them. I've had a few kinds, but they're always too tough, so I make my own. I make some good Bulgarian meatballs, but I need a good yogurt dip for them. You must have one....

We had so much fun today. Both kiddies in the snow and went over to
kholes to pick up some last minute thingys. I am beat! We had tocos for dinner and homemade cake and fudge for dessart! Whose khole did you visit?
