You can not do this offline with naradmin as a statement will only work for one line at a time. But if you know the appropriate resource file, you may use any editor to globally replace the name.

Which Version Version of Networker do you use ? Consider an update to 7.5 SP1 or 7.6

networker reports giving java error
Published (2009-12-10 07:26:00)
I am not really sure how long ago this starting happening to us, but it has been a few upgrades ago. Every time we try to use networker gui to view reports we get a java error. If anyone has any ideas on to look into resolving this that would be great. From the GUI, this should not be a problems as the jukebox option "use barcode labels" has obviously been set. Just select the volume, open the menu, select the label command and answer the questions. From the command line, you must use the nsrjb command. But if you have the GUI available, i do not recommend it.

The difference between a storage node and a dedicated storagenode is : The dedicated storage node can only backup its own data. The licenses you have bought and registered are easily seen usinf the nmc--> configuration and in the resource tree you can select "registration". Now you see all Networker licenses including ...

Sorry, but i don't understand the question as it is in contradiction with the headline. If your description is correct, the question is whether the tape is really appendable. Or is it just not full but set to read-only. Please check using the mminfo command.
