I don't see any SIP RX packets WHich means that you don't have SIP rx turned on in Sysmon, or your routing set up is incorrect. Can you ping the sip server from System Status? Take Care Matt I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone. My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Just turn announcments on for the group and have the first announcment as the instructions, then they will get the

Avaya are correct, as the other providor is not using ISDN it would appear that they are not passing the call progress indications through, this is how the IP Office knows if the call is ringing,answered or busy etc. It's not the IP Office at fault so it's not the IP Office that needs to be changed ACS - IP Office Implement "What the
