just setup a web server with the R1.50 or R1.55 firmware, and point the DHCP Option 242 httpsrvr to it, R2.0 won't work with tlssrvr without a proper AVAYA certificate, and from what I have found, only AVAYA's MV IP-Tel seems to work. Mitch   AVAYA Certified Specialist

  You can either use ASA (DSA) to acces the Definity and pull the traffic reports (list measurment trunk summary [last-hour, today, yesterday]) or log into the SAT and pull the reports manually.  This will show you both the usage and the number of times the trunk group was accessed. Kevin

So I sent in the call examples again that I got from this morning.  As soon as I changed my route pattern over to MCI, it cleared up.  We have 3 more MCI T1's that we have requested be activated on our MCI DS3 that we are going to use to replace the Qwest lines until they really get it fixed. I am having trouble with ISDN calls through a VTC in one of my rooms. If I dial ISDN from room to room through the PBX, all works fine. When I dial through the outside world to my other room, one room has picture and audio and the other just has audio. After a couple of seconds it starts to speed down and drops the call. I'm in the process of converting some of our 4620's to SIP from H323. I have changed the signaling on the phones (Mute SIG) to SIP and rebooted them, however some of the phones keep defaulting to H323 like I never changed anything. All are running the same firmware version. Anyone experience this before?

i am running the iptel application on a backup domain controller. IIS is disabled, i have used the SET SNMPSTRING public setting in the 46xxsettings.txt file and have added the file server to the SNMPADD command on the 46xxsettings.txt file. the permissions have been set to read, write, and execute on the appropriate directory. i still cannot get the 96xx phones to backup and/or restore....
