List your auto-attendants. list attendant is the command. Then look for the obvious auto-attendant and check the programming on the third page of that mailbox by using the command : display subscriber XXXX look at the programming for the digit six on the third page. Post the display here if you can. If six is blank, put an (e) there for "any valid extension" starting with 6. Remember to use your CHOICES button and the HELP button....

Yes, it probably wants to use port 81. Change your HTTP port in IIS or Apache (or whatever you are using) to serve out the files on port 81... bet it will work then :) Mitch Mitch AVAYA Certified Expert

I cut my teeth on 30 button call directors with orators. My downfall was the ringers. Bond traders want the line to ring on Mondays then not to ring on Tuesdays ETC. Shocking. Took a lot of voltage in those days. It shows now! Thnaks ED 1a2 to ip I seen it all

Hi Guys, I have a NICE perform 3.1 utilizing TSAPI, AES 4.2.1 and CM5.1.2. Im currently puzzled why do i have to map all my ip phones in a blank network region than putting it on a single network region considering my IP to IP is disabled on the phone and Network regon. Because if i put it on a single network region it doesnt record at all.

Easiest way to do it is to set up hunt groups and use the night hunt function rather than putting the whole system into night. Create a hunt group with no members, use the cover path destination to steer your call in day mode, and the night cover for night mode. Create a key on a phone "hunt-ns" for the hunt group you created. Speak softly and carry a big switch

Hi, I have had exactly this problem, in two different sites. At the first the problem was down to the modem on the fax server being old. Replaceing it fixed the issue. At the second site which used a Brooktrout TR114 fax board, we never got to the bottom of it, but we found a commanality in that the failed faxes all came from old machines. I did fax maintainance work many (many) years ago, and ...

-905 is the error code for "HTTPS" file not found, are you using "TLSSRVR=" on your DHCP option 242? If so, you need to setup a TLS (HTTPS) server, which uses port 411. If you have a port 80 or 81 standard HTTP server, use "HTTPSRVR=", and "HTTPPORT=" in your DHCP Option 242. -405 would be the error code for an HTTP server, file not found, FYI. VanZenden, this will work. I have seen other customers with a stack of G700's for example with 2 S8300's residing in the stack one being the main server and one acting as an LSP. You would just configure everything normally as far as the MGC list as you would if the LSP was at a remote location, only difference being is that your LSP is really on the same subnet as your main system.

I would try doing a graceful shutdown & reboot on the CMS. Use the command 'shutdown -y -g0 -i6'. This will log everyone out and kill the PBX link so it has to be done off-hours. The addresses used by the NICs are defined in the /etc/hosts file. The rest of the IP files are located in the /etc/inet directory. Kevin
