You're mistaken Ed. The talk in Harrisburg and around the state is not about cutting legislators' pay, but disallowing them, judges and other elected or appointed officials the 2.8 percent cost of living allowance (COLA)which automatically goes into effect. Don't hold your breath.

FAT CHANCE! The legislature is every bit as greedy as Pennsylvania's Judges. They are as big a problem to the economy as the idiots in Harrisburg. There is only one place you will see a legislative pay cut, and that is in your wildest, most drug induced dreams. But it is a nice thought.

Secretary Gates needs to complete his tenure by restoring national security by finalizing his plans for true national defense. In decades past we were able to have a forward defense structure because we had a military of over 5,000,000 soldiers.
