If IE 8 is to blame...why don't I have that problem? Not on Windows XP, not on Windows 7. My Dad (he's 78) doesn't have any trouble with IE 8 either. Not on his desktop and not on his laptop. I wonder why? BTW: I just Bing'ed "flat earth society" and got 8,060,000 hits. Maybe the earth really is flat after all. sRGB jpeg images that i upload to my website are reproduced with distorted color space by IE (both 7 and 8) beautiful warm images become cold greenish ones. all of them come through perfectly in both firefox and safari, so i am recommending that all visitors to my site use them.

Then I clicked on the Settings button under Search, highlighted Google and clicked Set Default and moved it up to number one.
