20. How to troubleshoot Store.exe process uses almost 100 percent of CPU resources?   Exchange will consume available memory in an effort to create an efficient cache to improve performance. If other processes require memory, Exchange will reduce the size of the cache, reducing the amount of memory it requires.   1)      First please use Process Explorer to check if store.exe is used by Exchange Server.   You can download the Process...

Thanks Amit! The huge size difference between the two download sites had me confused and unfortunately there is no documentation on the Volume Licensing site. I am aware of the versions though but many thanks for clarifying the difference and also for allaying my fears of an expired edition after 60 days! Thanks again!

We do have 2 ADs but the other one is running on another location thru a vpn which is slow. The outlook clients hang for minutes until the server reconnects again. I don't have the error logs with me but my assistant told me that they are not consistent. We had the second AD go down on Wednesday. The e-mail went down sometime on Thursday and never came back. We had installed Roll up 5 last week to see if that would fix the problem, but...

Alas I had the monday off so a colleague of mine handled the call but didn't collect any of the information needed in the troubleshooting scenario. I will check the server now each saturday until it fails again and then perform the tests.   Thomas

Since we upgraded our Exchange server to 2007, the e-mail stops responding and then comes back again after a few minutes. It doesn't happen on a consistent basis. The Exchange server is running on a new Windows 2008 installation. I've heard that one of the causes might be because we only have one AD running. Do I need 2 AD's to be running at the same time?
