hey darkhand... when are you going to reply my email? i`m contacting you on the EU card activation , they emailed me back and informed me to pay the activation by wire . as far i remember i paid you LR for that, also some extra to load on the card. your response it`s urgently needed!

YES you can upgrade your limitation then make any transactions sent/get when linking a vcc to your account, but this not meaning thats your mb will be verified!
Also you can withdraw only to VISA thats support loading funds, dunno if you can find vcc thats have this option ?!
MB may block any account to ask for scanned documents and they are very slow in answer !!!
