Do you think it's fair that the company make you sign a bond then treat you badly? What can the employees do then?

When bosses treat employees like...
Published (2009-11-06 11:38:00)
I don't understand why some bosses don't understand that all employees are working ADULTS and they need to be treated as such... It is absolutely shocking when bosses start to show their authority by dictating stuff like where the workers ought to sit during meetings, etc. Employees are not students, and bosses are not teachers. They can only tell us to do work, not tell us how to behave.
