dr325i- i have until 1/12/10 to escalate to a claim. I will be doing so on 1/11 if needed, because the bottom line is that i won't have racquets. I currently have 1 prestige pro that i bought at a store. I'm leaving to play USTA sectionals for my combo team on January 7th. Hopefully this doesn't happen, but i'll be forced to purchase another frame for that weekend if they don't show up.

nuballspiz, since you paid with a cc, you will get your money back. If you had paid cash, I would have to scold you for being an idiot. ;o) Paypal will ask metrodc102 to prove delivery, if he can't PP will not reimburse him for the chargeback.
I checked it out. MetroDC102 has run about 6 ads for the stringer in question since August. He listed a few different emails as contact info.
