You need to prepare earlier. You can't muscle the ball. Make sure when you're striking the ball that the energy is in the raquet head and not in your arm.
Start slowly and eventually you'll have found your rhythm and timing. The K90 is so solid from the baseline if you have your timing down....

if anyone could post any comments of features such as odd sweet spots, or
unbalanced weight etc.... as i've only had the opportunity to demo the
head, and need to make an informed decision before buying two or three new
rackets.

I've had both tennis& golfer's elbow, and IMHO for tennis elbow the heavier and the flexier, the better.
But for golfer's elbow, in my case it's just the opossite. Coming from a Wilson nBlade (very flexy, 59 RA, moderate static weigh and high SW) my golfer's elbow has inmediately dissapeared when a took up the new Babolat PD GT (70 RA).
In the past, I had tennis elbow when I played with a ...

Why exactly does everyone think "lighter" is now a good thing for the Prestige? I understand customization, but I also understand having a playable stick in stock form.
The swingweight is 311 STRUNG?

Adding weight anywhere on the racquet increases it's MOI ( moment of inertia) and overall weight. The specific locations are always counter balanced (around the axis of the grip), and placed based on player preference for any number of reasons - maneuverability, racquet head speed, power, control, etc.

I have also been hitting with stock frame of Babolat Pure drive GT plus. Supposedly the SW on this frame is 330 according to Tennis warehouse. Have to disagree with this. It feels more like 320 or 318 in that range. and it feels like more manuverable than the old Pure drives,,, at least at net anyway.....
