Published (2009-12-24 18:20:00)
One of my sisters has just had a similar issue, house has been on the market for a good 18 months, two previous sales fallen through, vendor has already moved so her son can go to a special school at the other end of the country and is desperate to seel. The survey came back with all sorts of problems from unsupported chimney stacks after the chimney breast had been knocked out, broken lintels, rotten joists, asbestos in all the ceilings...

RF cable routing
Published (2009-12-24 11:25:00)
If it's coming from above the cupboard, dig the cable out and install a double socket plate. Quote: It's just not worth it for the vast majority of us in England. This is the attitude the councils use. Is it still OK when your other half falls and breaks her arm on an unsalted, ungritted path? From here, the whole "AH! PANIC! WINTER!" attitude is a joke. Yes, it might not happen very often. Still, it's winter. Isn't there a plan? There were lots of stories in the German media about drivers who were...

Take front off the tv point and see where the coax comes in.
Is it not on an outside wall? can you trace the coax's from the aerial and work from there?

Thought provoking stuff!
Here's one that I always remember from when I was growing up in Northern Ireland. Don't think it was shown in Britain:
unrealistic, yes but also very hard hitting.
Also, a newer one:
Merry Christmas everyone, drive safe!!!!

I'm currently making my way through a bottle of Oban 12YO. Nice
I also have a bottle from the long closed Glen Mohr distillery. Distilled July 1975 (when I was 6months old) bottled in 2000. Saving that one for a special occasion. My 50th maybe..... 25 years in the cask and 25 in the bottle......
I'm more of a fine gin drinker at the mo
