It's the part at 2:26-2:27, 2:29-2:30, or when it's played up-temp 2:38-2:39 2:42-2:43. It's a little on the in-audible side, but, it's there.

Oh, and on the same note... I'd like to improvise aswell on this, but the
only scale I know how to play off of is F (that fits in the song...) I
haven't gotten much technical training.. What other scales could I
improvise to, because it seems like he's not at all on the major scale.. :/

+1 to sir psycho sexy. First time i heard that song, I almost crapped my
pants its so funky. Definitely the nastiest, filthiest, "dirtier than
roseanne's crack" funk song ever made.
-Jungle Boogie - Kool & the Gang ("Kool" Bell)
-Natural Joe - Primus (Les Claypool) - someone had to mention les sooner or
later.
-Ready Or Not - Herbie Hancock
-Funkify your Life - The Meters

I love to play the Chicken by Jaco Pastorius. Its a pretty simple bass line, though its fun to make up little improvisations and mannerisms. Same with Brickhouse by the Commodores. I learned them both by ear and watching other people play them. As for tabs you could probably find them on BassMasta or Ultimate-Guitar.
