Reviving the thread! Have you guys been lifting any weights recently? I have a small problem. I'm moving closer to the uni and need to pick a new gym. There's a basic weights room at the sports hall that's next to my apartment, but it's pretty poorly equipped and tends to be crowded. So my options would pretty much be either a good gym 15min walk away with a day-card (gym+girya/bodypump/...

Its a Very small (only 3" long) and its all wooden and I'd like to get it lit up as soon as i can. Here's the problem, I have a wireless modem and for some reason about a week ago my computer gets the signal but there no is internet (limited connectivity) now there is no internet at all, even if I plug the modem straight to the network adapter so I ask my friend who lives next door if I could try his signal and it works like a charm even though the strength of it is only "fair"

I am a musician and music lover, but i have decided a while ago against listening to my ipod in public. I find that i would rather take in the sounds of whats going on around me rather than drown them out with music.
