Yeah it looks like its only a 25 MHz overclock on the core and 100 MHz on the memory, which would be more than easy enough to do with Riviatuner or something similar. Just as an example my GTX260 was at stock speads of 576 MHz and I have it OC'd to 700 MHz in 3D applications only. Riviatuner is nice since you can set different clock speeds for different profiles that the card can automatically switch to.

Anybody using the n52, older version, on Win 7. I have trouble getting the correct profile. Sometimes I can open the Loadout Manager and then other times I can't. I'm currently using XP sp2 mode. Any ideas?

I use Thunderbird, I love it. I'll wait until the 3.0 is ready for general consumption though.

Try uninstalling all the drivers and software for the card, then shut down the pc, open the pc, take out the card completely and restart the pc without the card, log into windows, let everything load up then shut it down, now slot the card back into the pc and close it up, restart the pc and log in, do not install the drivers from the "found new hardware wizard", instead download the latest drivers for the card, you could...

I had windows act funny on me today and I was hoping that there is a way to back up the install partition of my Windows 7 machine. So I could just pop in a disc and have it restore to the last backup point. So anyone have experience with this kind of thing?

I borrowed a friends pair of these: JBuds J3 Micro Atomic In-Ear Earphones while I awaited for my new set to arrive. They seemed good enough; decent sound quality (I prefer tons of bass for all the euphonium/tuba crap I listen to), they fit nicely in my ears also.

I use it. I replaced Outlook 2003. Imported all my emails. Worked out pretty nicely; you install Thunderbird (on the same machine you have Outlook), and import. VoilĂ . I use it on my desktop and my netbook (Win7 64 and 32). I was even able to set the Thunderbird local folders on a network drive (so I have access to stored emails from both PCs). DB

I've never gotten around to taking my gpu cooler off (meant to, but haven't) but have seen lots of guides. Just google for it. I have heard some can feel like they are stuck and take a bit of wiggling to get it off if the compound has hardened. Just make sure you clean the gpu of all the old compound. They sell special cleaners, but I used isopropyl alcohol on my CPU, which is fine. Just make...

From the specifications you would have the same graphics power with either option. BUT In reality crossfire does not always allow for perfect scaling. Some games will take advantage of it and others won't nearly as much. You will never have performance above a 5870. Throw in the fact that you would have to get a different motherboard and I would say don't got for it unless you just ...

Couple of thoughts. I hate you and your uber fast upload As far as the new standard, I haven't kept up on it since I moved from Northern VA/DC. Comcast was talking a lot about 3.0 and trying to make the move quickly, mostly because they were getting their butts kicked by FIOS. Since moving and now having TimeWarner, haven't looked at it. I know Comcast was saying it was going to...
