That would be awesome if they couldn't make it server side. Would make planning so much better then double click, arrow up or down, etc.

Map Plus Makes the ingame map much more readable and adds ruler, compass and linedraw tools. Even if you don't need the tools I highly recommend this for the extra readability.

Yeah, the SCRIPTING documentation is quite good. If you want to find documentation on any other kind of modding for ArmA you are quite hard pressed and with a very limited amount of resources. Sad truth. At least the most important part is documented ^^

It does, but it is only client-side ATM. Expect an update later this or next month with server side features, if they get it working.

I was the one saying I hated "generic infantry assault town" missions. I wasn't saying this out of the blue, it was in response to some criticism of F16TAC missions. The complete line was "I hate generic infantry-attack-town missions, but I don't voice that often". I wasn't criticizing the mission choice, as I actually quite like F16TAC missions, I was just (hopefully light-heartedly) responding ...

Nice looking plane so far. Very detailed cockpit.
When your taking off MAKE SURE your at take off speed before you pull up the nose or else your parachute deploys and wont go away until you stall. That was pretty funny when it happened...

I don't know of any missions where you are left without a compass, but there was one mission in OFP where you had to navigate using the stars (or if you're really cheap steal the helicopter at the enemy base)
This is a neat little program. I'd be no good at this sort of thing though =P
EDIT: Two more things. It would probably be better to go into the game after doing this...

Thanks Sk[ + ]pe, that's really useful. Before I set off on the actual build of the SQM file and associated scripts, a few thoughts/requests:
1. Could someone from the current admin team chime in with their thoughts? Since part of the intent of F2 is to help mission makers increase their output, I'd like to ensure the TG SQM is 'on message'.
2. WRT loadouts, ST has a custom loadout ...
