Yes, printed labels are done using the normal screenprinting process. It is also common for heat transfers to be used for tagless labels, so that is probably the difference you are noticing.

@JavaJess: You need to feature more products on your homepage, and explain how your site works. Also, bigger pictures will work also. @kimura-mma: Thanks

Standard shipping lead times

Usually when I order something off the internet I expect it the latest 10 days... I'm in the same boat as you...and still in the process of figuring out the quickest way to process and ship without keeping a large inventory! Make sure to put a disclaimer on your site like, "Orders can take up to 10 -14 days to process and ship out." If 10-14 days is the best you can do, at least make your customers aware of that.

This is the type of business where there are many ways to get from point A to point B. So it really depends on what works best for your business model.
There are several t-shirt fulfillment services that print on demand so that you don't have to stock inventory. But it seems like you are looking to handle supply chain yourself. My initial reaction is that it is risky to sell a product that ...

This forum has been a wealth of information and one thing I have found is
that everyone in the business says to get the larger 16x20 heat press if
you can afford it.

There are two main companies that represent the licensing of major NCAA schools, you can check them out at The Collegiate Licensing Company and the Licensing Resource Group . Or you can google search an individual school, such as "michigan state university licensing."

How are you shipping?
2-3 weeks is way too long. That will turn some buyers off. I don't think I would order from a site that said it would take longer than 10 days to get my stuff.

I don't know why anyone needs a thermal printer to print labels, I don't
get it. Why pay the price of thermal when you can buy an inkjet for less
than $50.00. What is the reasoning here?

That was definitely rude of the guy and has no clue to what customer service is all about.
I do know that we don't mind if a customer wants to look at a sample of the work we are doing, but do not like for customers to watch us work...it is a destruction to production and has caused problems in the past. Feedback to them in a polite manner would be beneficial to possibly both parties...it may ...

The saying on the shirt does say Cummins in it.
Have you ever got licensing for other brands or teams? If so did you have to pay?
Thanks
