Try restarting your phone and pulling out the sim then putting the sim back in and seeing if the message comes.

If you put your memory card in another phone is it having the same problem not recoginizing it all the time? because it could be a glitch in your memory card. Actually, thats a hardware issue, the battery is too lose, so thats why when you tap it it will turn off. So, all you have to do is tell customer care that the phone turns off randomly(since it's just a tap), and they will give you a new Zine, with the new zine you will get you kinda have to really push to get battery in(with the new one I dropped it about 3 feet and it battery still on).
