Tyra disgusts me in that interview. I don't think I would've been able to restrain myself from hitting her in the face if I was the interviewer. Tyra handled the question so badly and came across looking like an idiot.

Well, "Models of the Runway" was kind of drama free but the girls' fate wasn't in their hands so I guess that had a lot to do with it. There was a new episode of MxNTM and it was so so. For the challenge, the girls were interviewed and Cecilia won. The prize was 50% more frames in the next photoshoot but she had to steal them from another hamster, so she chose Mariana. The stats of the top 3: Nohemi, 18, 5'7, 34-26-36 Mariana, 18, 5'10, 33-26-38 Cecilia, 21, 5'10, 32-25-34 Mariana is the weakest of the three as a model IMO and her body is the worst. Nohemi is a stronger model than Cecilia but she's big and short. Cecilia should win, although I'm almost positive it will be Nohemi.

Tyra(nt) and Mr Jay Alexander have arrived in New Zealand, with Tyra trying to hide her face as she walked out of Auckland Airport. And they've supposedly been filming at the top of Mount Eden (volcano near the centre of the city) but it's been pissing down with rain all day - so good luck to them. What, no newfies?? I was wondering too. But CityTV is based in just Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg. Still, you would think they'd have girls from east of Ontario and the Territories! It starts in two days. I have a feeling it will be painfully bad, but I will watch.

Hi. I have made a few posts. I'm a huge ANTM fan. I've seen every season and every episode. I never would've coined myself as someone who'd watch this show, but a co-worker intentionally got me hooked during cycle 1. Even though the show has declined in quality and increased in ridiculous-ness, I'm still so frickin' hooked! I need an intervention! Happy B-day Afrocentric!

ANTM makes me go hmm all the time, but of course, since it's late and there is a thread about it, I can't think of any. But this might be crossing over in unfair territory, but when Tyra (and the other judges) criticize the girl for one thing, and then doesn't criticize another girl for doing the same thing. True, but Tyra could have gotten her point across without coming off as so much the harpie. Danielle on the other hand had to be aware that she doesn't here people who sound like her shilling product on TV unless it's farcical. This show is edited by the skin of its teeth so we don't know if Tyra and/or the judges ever gave Danielle ANY kind of useful info on how to try to tone down her accent....
