even when they fell on hard times and had to move in with the Connors, Mark didn't use it as an excuse to loaf around But they sure used that opportunity to announce their plans to have a baby while living there in the Conner home while dealing with hard times. As his brother who probably took abuse from Mark his whole life True. Their household was not a happy one. Mark was mean to David in that episode about Stacey where they nearly...

The first thing that bugged me was that I couldn't remember the name of Howard's date. I don't think they said her name -- Was it Penny who said it? -- until several minutes into the ep. Well I don't think we learned about her name until Penny said it in this episode. While I think Bernadette is a beautiful name, I would rather call her "Bernie". Since she was in a previous ep, I think we were supposed to...

The only sketch that I liked all the way through I think. I always like it when they juxtapose someone doing an impression with another actor doing a spot on impression of them. Like on the old Joe Pesci show... Jim Carrey plays Jimmy Stewart, and Mark McKinney then plays Jim Carrey with a horrible Ace Ventura impression, and then Mark does a Jim Carrey impression of Jimmy Stewart as Carrey. Then Carrey as Stewart does an impression of Carrey...

I guess we're spoiled now with shows like Mad Men that strive for authenticity at every turn. It's due to the episode of Mad Men that involved panty hose that I know there's no way it was around during the Korean War. It's not like we're going to see someone on Mad Men with a fauxhawk.

Overall I took it that Mark and David were mean to each other at different times and that stemmed from the crap they obviously endured from their parents. Neither one was better than the other. They both had their faults and their moments where they both shined and where they both were asses. I generally agree. I like the scene in which Dan tells off David with respect to David's treatment of Mark, because David was in the wrong in that...

It was Officer Krupke. Elisabeth Shue was going for the same role, but had to drop out because she was in a car accident, although Larry thought it was cunnilingus.

Man, I love this show and that clip reminds me why. I love Troy's face when he realizes the potential for comedy in taking a hooker to an STD fair. I love that after getting used to being the "cool guy" Jeff is now the guy who can't get a date.

My favorite episode of hers is where she is writing her novel. "My God. I'm hallucinating. I see little balls of sunshine in a bag!" "I have too many earrings." "Must be some state...Lots of lakes and nice pale people....I'd drown myself." So many great moments for her in the delirum sceneve too many earrings." "Must be some state...Lots of lakes and...

Annie: You devious clump of overpriced fabric and hair product Shirley: Speaking as one of the meek, as soon as I inherit the earth, you a dead man. Britta: We're all very disappointed! but my favorite was Troy: You got a weird forehead! What's especially great is if you watch Abed, he's nodding along, smiling, grinning by the time Troy says the bit about the weird forehead, but as soon as Britta says,...

Yeah, I love that part at then end when the male/female roles are reversed. Dan: "Why must you always embarrass me in front of my friends!!!" (Runs out of room crying)

I lurve the cover art, except for DeVito having the largest head. Especially the "Good (slash). Clean (slash). Fun." Fifteen episodes for S3. It's almost like a real TeeVee show now! Is it September, yet?

I hate in the description how it said he loses his law degree. Doesn't one lose their law license? Judging from the ad they ran during The Tonight Show last night, he lost his law license because his law degree was discredited. Paraphrasing the conversation between him and his buddy ('cause I saw it over 24 hours ago, and my memory sucks): "But I thought you had a degree ...

They stole a joke from Steve Carell. During Comic Relief (or some other comedy charity thing), he did a brilliant bit about appealing to cats who have inherited money from their crazy old lady owners to donate. It was much funnier than the SNL sketch, which was boring as any real financial commercial. Designing Women did an episode where a little old lady had left tons of money for her cat...

Has anyone bought this yet? I am defintitely looking to complete my collection (I only have 1-5) and figure this would be cheaper than buying the rest of the season individually.

There was a ton of advertising at Yonge/Bloor station when I went through yesterday, mostly seeming to feature Erica's wardrobe through the ages or backward text. I wouldn't be bothering, except it has Michael Riley . Not sure if there can possibly be enough of him to keep me interested.

I did find both Johnny, and later, Pete, to be total boxes of rocks, though. Ugh, Johnny. Hated him. He was whiny, pathetic, clingy with Sharon, and sexist in a clueless way (sort of like Elvin from The Cosby Show was). Sharon was better single. The one storyline I couldn't get into was the Berg/Irene thing. Berg spends nearly the entire series being grossed out by Irene just like Pete ...

I love that wedding episode. My favorite part is when they're getting ready to go -- there were some great lines-- New Christine with the "I should have worn a bra"; Christine's brother (what is his name? -- no coffee yet this morning) with "Yeah, it's always bad when the bride outshines the bitter drunk woman in the corner." Wanda Sykes is always fun to watch, but she did get a chance to ...

Probably be an buzz hit due to the loud, militant support of the gay community Because that worked so well for shows like It's All Relative and The Book Of Daniel . IMO, any early cancellation will more likely be the result of some right wingnut mobilizing his fanbase to bombard ABC with outrage-filled letters - independent of the quality of the show. If the show is good, it will ...

If any of TPTB read this, please put that in the show! Okay if not Larry & Cheryl, have them react to a fictional version of RL Larry & Laurie. That's GOLD Jerry, GOLD!

One of my favorite episodes was on the other day. Blanche thinks she is pregnant but it's really menopause. Best line: Sophia: "If it's a boy she can name it after it's father. Rick, Joe, Bob, Don, Dave."
