Hmm ... no I have never bought anything from
Barnes and Noble but I did purchase something from another store based in the US and did have an issue initially.
It is possible that the requested item is on back order and that may be why it says what it says .... have you checked your credit card to verify that the amount has already been sent to Barnes and Noble?
