The original version is absolutely the Fawlty Towers of this generation. Not just because like FT it ran for two short seasons of 6 ep's before the creator's decided it was creatively spent (excluding the Xmas specials obviously, which were a perfect conclusion to the show) , but in terms of the quality of the writing and performances... it measures up very, very well with the John Cleese classic. Speaking of which your post managed to get this thread to 23 pages Anyway, on another note after seeing your sig I just wanted to say that I think the casting for young Ben Linus is near perfect! The actor playing him both looks and acts like what I imagine a young Ben would and what he will become. I wonder who else from the past or present shall make an appearance in the past or present of the show

I cant believe how excited I am about Neighbours returning next year. Sure, the finale was a little on the lame side, but I had stopped watching Neighbours altogether about 18 months or so ago, however it really seems to have picked up the pace and introduced some good characters.

Just a few things to note about The OC DVD sets:
* Those who have yet to purchase Season 1, head out to BIG W from Thursday because they are selling the whole first season box set for an unbelieveable $38.84 That is an absolutly massive saving so make sure to take advantage of it.
