A remap is definitely the best mod for the money, but if your after noise then maybe have a play with the exhaust. Mine is standard but with the silencer removed, much nicer noise

Thanks for posting this pic too as I recently put a post up myself about an interior retrim wondering what it would look like with exactly the combination you have here .....and there was me thinking I would be unique if I did this I think it looks great! If I'm keeping my car I will probably do this at some point. Cheers, Kev

Only trouble was it wasnt a sensor, but the ABS ECU unit had failed, so £980 for a new one, or send the old one back to Audi to be reconditioned. Been 2 weeks so far, still not been sent back, so havent had my car! Really miss her! Christian That is outrageous... how much for a 'recondition'? i bet all they do is reflash it. It's a rip-off.

Always had them in my BMWs and really miss them, but you will need sensors to get the mirrors working.

Today I vacuumed my car and cleaned the leather seats (my liquid leather from Hark should be here any day now). Took it into the garage in the shade (it was 101 here today with 80% humidity) and polished the valve cover.

Went a similar route with my 19" upgrade, did not want the cheap tyres the rims came with, I spoke with my local tyre depot who did me an excellent deal (£430 fitted) on a set of 235 X 35 X 19 Falken FK452's.

Amp, headunit and speakers. Yes, you can but you'd be better off going for a good Alpine headunit and a good amp and upgrading your speakers. I'd only keep Bose if it is already there - mine has it and it does sound good but I would not go to all the aggro of retro-fitting it. I have replaced my headunit with an Alpine but I am hooked up to the original Bose amp and 9 Bose speakers.
