Those are 33" tires. You either need to do some fender trimming or crank up the lift and run lower backspacing. Clearancing the fenders is the name of the game when it comes to running larger tires. You can run those tires with no rubbing, but you have to pound down the fender wells and for some with the 05+ models, you will have to cut and mod the body mount.

If you go beyond the 32's you are running, with only a 2.5 " lift you will experience issues with a 33" or more size tire, unless your are only mall crawling. There are fixes, but the projects to do it right are true mods!

The hubs really only for alignment of the wheel so it don't vibe. Lugs should hold it in place once tight.

There are several on here that run 4.10s and 35s with the 3.4L, but most have an auto. Your gonna be hating life a little more with the 5sp, but if you don't feel like spending the money on the 4.88 gears, then I guess you'll get used to it.

Depends on the tire. Some tires have more rubber on the sidewall that could rub the spindle, or the UCA. The major part of the stock rims is the UCA that gets rubbed. You could always try it and add the cheap Wheelers 1/4" spacers if it rubs.

im running em and they are narrow, but they seem to do well in everything ive put em through. im not sure about the better fuel economy because they are a load range e sized tire so that might be a wash between the width and the weight.
