I can't tell you exactly what the noise is but I think you can confirm or eliminate the speedometer as the cause by disconnecting it at the transmission. But the speedometer is electric, at least it is in my 98', and there shouldn't be a cable involved anywhere so, I doubt that's it.

Off Highway Vehicle. In many states, to include here in Texas, you are required to have an OHV sticker if you plan to 4 wheel in certain parks and off road areas.

I'm all about saving money, but you should steer clear of crimp splices in all areas of your 4x4. I'd solder and heat shrink it instead. Do atleast as good of a job as the factory did. No shoddy electrical tape twist connections or any crazy junk like that.

you can definitely fit a 31x11.5 and you can definitely fit a 32x11.5 On the other hand, a 33x11.5 will rub but a 33x10.5 will not. you can double check me on that if you want but im pretty positive this is right. Hope that helps

01-04 double cab if you plan on wheeling it hard, just make sure it doesnt have frame cancer. 05-present double cab if you are just going to weekend warrior it and/or on road comfort is more important to you than off road performance.
