I suppose another option is simply to get a really good media player and stick with a basic phone that does just that - text and calls. Besides; I'm a geek - who the fuck wants to phone me The iphone is handy for the following reasons, near as I can see: 1. all in one 2) google maps is very sexy 3) proven record However, all the other shiny bells and whistles? For example Queue, last month, I was up at the crack of dawn and driving to work down a country lane which gets little traffic. Upon rounding a bend, I found a Renault Clio in the middle of the road on its roof with a girl inside, bleeding profusely and screaming at the top of her lungs. She was pretty glad I had a phone. So was I. The nearest house was about half a mile away, but I'm glad I was able to call an ambulance immediately.

IMO Ron Pearlman isn't a brilliant actor, but he's a *fun* actor. I greatly enjoyed his work with Guillermo del Toro. Added to which, he does fantastic voiceover work. Worst actor ever? Not by a long shot.
