Hi berry! Welcome to TMP CD stands for Cycle Day - just means what day of your cycle you're on. If you look at the ticker in my signature, I'm on CD 9 so that would mean I'm on the 9th day of my cycle, or the 9th day since AF reared her ugly head. Soy is like a natural version of Clomid, which is what drug you'd probably start off on with a doctor. So, you would take it like you would Clomid, which would be CD 3, 4, 5, 6...

Positive OPKs after O? *Update, Please stalk chart.*
Just a quick question. This is my first cycle using OPKs so help a girl out please.
I got a positive OPK on CD 14 and 15 i think...then i stopped testing cuz my temps spiked so i knew i had Oed. Well today is CD18 and i needed to POAS so i did another OPK and its definitely positive....

What I did this cycle
IÂ’ve had DH taking Vitamin C and this cycle was our second full cycle of him being on the Vit C. I think this had a lot to do with our BFP. We also both took Musinex from CD8 through CD10 (I OÂ’ed on CD11). I took a baby aspirin everyday starting on CD1 though 9DPO. Also, we used egg whites on CD 9 in the PM and ...

I'm tired like beyond tired, my lower back is cramping, I have so much cramping in my ovaries/uterus (I can't decide which), at night, for the past 2 nights, I wake up and I have to pee like 3 times, I'm nauseous and my nipples are hurting soo much if they get touched.
