Liz has a magic wand. She turns me into a kitty, a puppy, a princess, a squirrel, a bird, and occasionally Caillou. She also has an alter ego, "Spotty Dog." Spotty Dog is a little dog who knows how to sit, lay down, roll over, shake, speak (bark), and talk (barooo, bowwoooow). She loves to pretend to talk on the phone, too!

I have always taken a turn first and then the girls get a turn. They also get fresh toothpaste as that is a big deal. Whats a little extra cleaning right?!? If she refuses, there is also a toothbrush available for kids who chew on their toothbrush. You might want to consider buying it. It cleans all the teeth as they bite on the toothbrush. It is the Angel Tooth Brush . I think it is a great concept.

Awww that's cute. Keira has a car thing too and needs a real key for it to work. She grabs her pocketbook and keys and gets on her car and goes to work. It's adorable. I love this age. You never know what they are going to do next.

I hope she feels better soon! Being a sick baby is no fun
By the way, Sam has had a super-runny nose the last few days and a little post-nasal drip causing him to cough. BAH. Germs!

If I had one hour to myself, without kids or chores to take care of, I would... play on TMP w/o feeling guilty
If I found a surprise $20 in my jeans, I would... buy another cloth diaper (lol).
If I could have one wish, it would be... hit the multi-million dollar lotto.
My happy place is... my home, surrounded by my family...

Lizard's favorite toys are:
--Her great big legos, especially when I stack them up and make them into bowling pins.
--Play doh
--Her ride-on fire truck. She's had that thing since she was a year old, and loves it.

Maddie was the same way, until I would tell her that I brush her teeth first, then it's her turn. Her knowing that she was going to get the chance to play with her toothbrush and have some toothpaste makes it sound like she's getting to do something special, I guess, because she gets all excited now, and asks to brush her teeth multiple times a day.
Maybe doing that will help?

The only kind of meat Alice is into at this point is ham. Cooked, diced ham. It's a pretty soft sort of meat, and I think the flavor is nice and unoffensive to her little taste buds.
We've tried beans a few times, it's really hit and miss. I think it all depends on her mood and just how hungry she is. If I could think of a way to cook them so they had a bit more flavor going on, I think ...

I think she'll be a professional shopper. She loves to take things off the shelves for me when I shop. She also loves to carry a purse around. I think I'm in trouble.
I asked Kirk the question and he's more realistic. He said she'll be a State worker. Man, I hope not. (MIL, Kirk and I all work for the State. DMV specifically.)

Do you think it's possible
to get a 3-year-old who is used to sleeping with Mom & Dad to sleep in his own bed, without a lot of tears?
I don't regret co-sleeping, but I am starting to mentally plan how we're going to help Conner adjust to sleeping in his own bed.

I would follow your mommy instinct on this. If you are still worried, then I would take him to another pedi for a second opinion. If you feel they are fine and your mind is at ease, then I would just keep an eye on them and have a discussion with your doctor at the next well chck.
