Travis is on Prevacid. I called in for a refill yesterday and they called back saying that our insurance doesn't cover Prevacid, but they'd cover the generic form of it. I didn't think there was a generic form of Prevacid. I'm going to do some research myself, but was wondering if anyone has had any information regarding this drug or if you find anything that might seem helpful. C-Omeprazole Thanks ladies!!!!!

Last night she had the BIGGEST poop I've ever seen come out of a baby. It was everywhere and required a bath...poor bug. So I guess the juice must be working.

Rice cereal made Lincoln really gassy so we decided to try oatmeal.I got the organic oatmeal and for the first 2 days that I gave it to him he did great. Took 2 hour naps and did 4-5 hour stretches of sleep at night. Since then he has gotten progressively gassier. TONS of man-sized poots and burps and has woken up a lot through the night b/c of it (at least I think it's because of it). The first 2 days I fed it to him once in the morning...

A good friend of mine has done that with her little girl since she was a newborn! Personally I'm too scared to try it, (thinking that I'll slip or drop her or something!) but it's great that it works for other people!

Lilianna had hiccups all the time! It really isn't anything to worry about. It's funny because if they have them a lot in utero, they'll probably have them just as much outside For the first month it seemed to me like she had hiccups constantly. I'm sure your little one it just fine!

Wow.. Usually its within a few hours. I've always heard that apple juice can have the opposite effect. Weird. I would say if she doesn't eat anything soon and doesn't poop then I'd be taking her to the doctor. And Alimentum usually causes kinda runny poops too. Poor little one.

Try adding the prune juice first. add like 1 ounce of water, 1/2 ounce of prune juice and the oatmeal and see if it helps. Good luck mama!
