Sims almost talk Arabic

O, wait, I just love it when I slip up and start speaking Simmish in public! This from someone who failed Spanish 101 3x in college!

Headmaster disasters

This is lame, but... How do you give the tour? I've started tours and then not known how to get the headmaster to go into another room. Or he starts saying he has already seen a room. Do you have your sim go to a particular room and call him over or what?

Gahhh!!! How do I move pictures...

Well, I'm really hoping someone can rescue me from myself... I'm not a newb. I swear. I just don't post much. I KNOW there is a way to move pictures up and down on the wall. I KNOW IT. I've searched posts here. Searched in general on the net. I've went back through each of the booklets that came with the games. Seven times. Each. I KNOW I've read how to do it somewhere. I KNOW I've done it - a long time ago,...

Headmaster disasters

Yes, that's right. The headmaster basically trails behind your sim, so if you want to show him more than one room, just have your sim go to a new room and wait there until the HM catches up to him, then "show room," and move to the next.

Hi, You might feel silly but we all do/have/will in the future , so no worries there. ---With the item selected, use the { [ and } ] keys to move paintings up/down the wall. (Sometimes too, it makes it easier if you also have the moveobjects on cheat/command enabled when placing objects in the same grid/space.)

I'm sure that's entirely a coincidence. If you try hard enough you can hear what sounds like words from many languages in there, but as there's only so many sounds a human can make, that's not so strange.

lol I dont even bother doing that anymore, I think mine is messed up. Every time I will cook something perfectly and he will only give like 6 points for it. There are some things you can do to get more points...like if you cook a fish that you caught and its like sparkly, then he'll give you more points. And he'll give you extra points for serving coffee and getting in the hot tub....but just ...

Go to "My Documents --> EA Games --> The Sims2 --> Neighborhoods --> (neighborhood folder) --> Storytelling" and then find the picture you want.

There are more career tracks than that in the base game, but which ones get offered in the newspaper and on the computer are randomly determined each day.
University, Seasons, and Freetime added more careers - the ones in University are only available to University graduates. There is a Music career, but it was added in Seasons.

I've had this happen. Moving the sim to a different lot seemed to work.

It may depend on what operating system you have. I had extensive cheat lists in my game when I had XP, but could not do it on this compouter due to Visita which does not read cheat files, at least with the programs that I have. If you can do it you add a cheat file in the configuration folder or modify the cheat one there, keeping a copy of the original, to add it to the cheat list EA already has...

Winning a chess and/or checker game works for my Sims.
Mahjong (comes with Bon Voyage) may work but I'm not sure.
