This is based on the chart in Amy Dacyczyn's (pronounced "decision")
book "The Complete Tightwad Gazette."
She says eggs are graded like this:
A dozen small eggs must weigh a minimum of 18 ounces.
Medium eggs: 21 oz.
Large eggs: 24 oz.
Extra-large: 27 oz.
Jumbo: 30 oz.
So, if you're lucky enough to be able to find j. eggs for no more than
$1.59 a dozen, you should ...
