Ummm. Yeah, I'm bad about wanting to pepper too many abilities on cards. Cycling is a no-brainer sometimes, but in this case I actually just thought that this card could easily be a blank in the early game. (Maybe before you resolved your Buried Alive :-) Blank cards are boring, so I thought it'd be nice to be able to cycle it away to keep your game plan moving forward. As far as I can tell, your wording is spot on, although I will accede to any with more experience with that sort of thing. You really might want to consider nerfing this so that it can't hit lands.. in the right situations (say, blue/black vs. mono blue or black) you could theoretically wipe out their mana supply in one fell swoop on the first or second turn.
