Royal Oppression must chain to the effect it wishes to negate. You can sometimes order Triggered Effects so a summoning trigger goes on the chain first, followed by a non-summoning trigger. If you do this, Royal Oppression is useless, as it is unable to chain to the effect it can negate. Because in your example, both triggers are Optional, you can choose to place Blizzard at chain link 1 and Black Whirlwind at chain link 2.

Dimension wall and Fire Art

Since you have tributed your Flamvell magician for Spiritual Fire Art, the battle will not reach the damage step or damage calculation and your opponent will not take any battle damage for Dimension Wall since you did not recieve any from this battle. Your opponent would only take the burn damage from Spiritual Fire Art Kurenai. This will also cause a replay since your Flamvell Magician left the field during the battle step.

Oh ok. In a local tournament I was told that if you book of moon a token it disappears or ssomething D:< And is thunder king's effect meant only for inherit sp. summons or something? Can anybody list monsters/effects used in the current Meta that sp. Summon? That would help me understand what he CAN and CANNOT negate.

Correct. Sending it is the cost, and it specifically has to go to the graveyard to fulfill it. Macro Cosmos and Dimensional Fissure therefore prevent you from sending cards like Honest, or Thunderking Rai-Oh to the graveyard to activate their effects.

I believe I remember Lees-whatever.. the gladiator person... say something about being able to do that, the book of moon would flip bestaria facedown causing his effect to resolve while facedown, so skill drain can't target it.

It's a Mandatory Quickplay effect like Light and Darkness Dragon, and will automatically take your Priority even if you want to activate other cards.
If Zombie Master is activated, Doomcaliber will automatically chain to it, before you can activate anything else.
As for your example, I'm not sure. Part of me says Doomcaliber will tribute itself anyway, however the tributing is a cost to...

No, Thunder King Rai-Oh can only negate inherent special summons which do not use the chain, such as Judgment Dragon or Dark Armed Dragon.
It can do nothing against special summons from activated effects, such as the Trigger which special summons Stardust Dragon in the end phase.

Book would indeed save your monster from the BTH because the monster that was trying to be BTH'd "vanishes", so the BTH can't find it and it fizzles.

Her effect is a continuous effect. Special Summons are not negated , they are prevented from happening. So you cannot Divine Wrath that effect as far as I know. You can negate the one that brings back a fairy from the grave.

Different Dimension Capsule remains on the field to possibly be destroyed.
If it gets destroyed, then the card remains removed.
Gold sarc does not remain on the field, thus it's a better card. (More expensive too.)

I thought it would destroy the Revival making it unable to revive the EBI. Revival would be 1 in the chain and MST 2, right?
I destroy with Goyo, Goyo goes to take it but he revives then I play MST. My thinking is that even if Goyo can't take it that the MST would destroy the trap on activation so he doesn't get the EBI.

To me, this seems so obvious my assumption may be incorrect. If I have a GB on the field (say Hoplomus) and I summon Prisma, show Gyzarus and send Bestiari to the GY, can I contact fuse Hoppi and the Prisma that is impersonating Bestiari?
