Drop the Bench Shields and a Volkners for the 4 Master Belts if you can. Also you should probably look in to running Broken Time-Space. At least 2 of them so you can evolve quicker. Or Maybe just throw in 4 Rare Candies?

No, you definitely don't get the bonus damage if you discard the Expert Belt for Gadget Bolt, as you must complete all steps to figuring the damage before actually dealing the damage (check the section "In What Order Do You Attack" under Expert Rules, which states you have to pay any costs before doing damage) which means the +20 buff is lost before the calculation is complete. But you do get 80 damage normally, so it...

In leafeons case it does 30+ 10 for every grass energy attached to all my pokemon. With sceptile it each energy is 2 grass so therefor counts as 20 damage. So if you have 3 grass energy with sceptile in ay leafeon would do 90 damage. And the texts doesn't matter if it says the word card next to energy. I've had this confirmed by judges around my area.

It'll be playable when we get the HGSS set in English, when Fisherman gets reprinted. Maybe a Sableye SF tech for Impersonate can help copy Fisherman repeatedly to potentially kick off doing more damage with Golem's Tumble Down more than 1 turn. Gyarados runs Sableye, why not Golem?

The reason Palkia is good with Blastoise isn't because of the Attack. It's because of the Power. You don't even have to *use* the Power. You just have to have it in play. The opponent will willingly keep their bench small, giving you fewer targets and a greater ability to one-shot little Basics. Dusknoir would work too, but it's giving the opponent a bigger bench at the same time.

I would like to find space for Sabeleye Overeager, though I am not sure how many, or what to remove. Perhaps a Murkrow and a Honchkrow? I would like the deck to be competitive, so I would prefer if the change did not decrease consistency.

In my opinion, I'd take out a PokeTurn or 2 for 1 or 2 Moonlight Stadiums to free retreat if needed.
Otherwise I like how this deck looks! I see what you're getting at with it. Spread out damage every turn you can and just keep hitting down the weakened benched and if a new one comes out full healed, Crobat 'G' puts a counter on it.
Perhaps a Level Max to get out Gengar faster? And I'd ...

Okay, so after searching for the right techs, different options opened up to me. I've decided to leave the 1-0-1 Metagross SV at home, and use 2 other techs that were both already mentioned. So without further adue, here is the final list for my Blastoise Deck.

probably only needs 15 energies and you should lose all the trainers which heal you and swap them for cards like bebe' search and roseannes research which help you get your pokemon quickly into play. also there are cards like claydol and uxie which are very good at making you draw into all yur better cards. + rare candy lets you skip evoluitons: your pokemon should look like:
3 gardivour ...

Thanks for the comment!
Synergy with cards can be hard to learn when a player first starts out, but having about 6 years of Yu-gi-oh under my belt helps me to notice what cards combo off one-another.
I did notice that most advance players use a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-2-4 line-up when dealing with the main attacker of their deck. The only reason I have the extra Wartortle was for Broken Time ...

Any suggestions? I know the deck is good, but I would like to perfect it if possible. I was thinking about adding in another Nidoking, and probably take out one energy or something.
