I would probably go artifact. any moxen, lotus, Arti Lands, 0cc cards, cantrips... Tendrils or a Charbelcher ftw. This is a bad card. It is an expensive kill spell for most creatures. And for big creatures, all it does is make them more fragile, do a slight amount of damage, and do some goffy milling. Who wants to pay BBBB for that? At the very LEAST...

It says " I win the game". I don't think you realize how quickly and how much that adds up. It completely locks creature decks. It makes your next attack go through automatically. It prevents them from attacking.

Revolt (or Re-Volt) Enchantment Revolt comes into play with one charge counter on it. Mind Manipulation Legendary Enchantment Skip your untap step. Whenever a permanent you control becomes untapped, remove it from the game. At the beginning of your first main phase, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. Play that card without paying it's converted mana cost.
