I just tried the msconfig thingy, but no luck at all :\ but i did find some old programs
starting up in it and how can i run the manufacturer's diagnostics on on my harddrive? Is there a recommended freeware defragment tool out there? And i have another startup suspicion, i'll try to copy down what it says and post it here.
